We want you to be 100% satisfied with your gym build, which is why we offer a straightforward return policy for all Bells of Steel equipment. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your home gym, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully disassemble your equipment and place it back in its original boxes with all hardware and manuals included to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for heavy items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
