All-in-One Trainer
Overview
The All-In-One Trainer is a full-strength training system designed for home lifters who want rack functionality, cable versatility, and commercial-grade performance—all in a compact, corner-friendly footprint. This machine replaces a functional trainer, squat rack, and multiple individual accessories, helping you build a complete strength setup in one piece of equipment without turning your space into an obstacle course.
IMPORTANT: The plate loaded All-In-One Trainer MUST be bolted down to ensure the user and equipment's safety. Both the plate loaded or stack All-in-One Trainer MUST be bolted down if using for barbell exercises to ensure the user and equipment's safety.
Mounting hardware is not included, but we recommend Tapcon+ screws.
Ships unassembled.
The All-In-One Trainer only works with the included lat pulldown bar — it's shortened to fit perfectly between the uprights.
The All-In-One Trainer plate loaded is only compatible with 2" Olympic Plates.
